How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Enteringempty Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and does not count as legal advice.

Topics We Can Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Enteringempty Restoration went
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed from it. Please keep in mind that Enteringempty Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@enteringempty.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Finally, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
